Southern Arizona Boys Golf Invitational

Sept. 7-8: Oro Valley The Views Golf Club

 

Marana Mountain View his hosting the Southern Arizona Invitational this Friday and Saturday at The Views Golf Club in Oro Valley. Tee time is set for 11:30 a.m. on both days.

Ironwood Ridge is currently ranked 11th in Division II and Catalina Foothills is 15th. Only the top 12 teams will earn a berth to the state championships, scheduled to start on Oct. 22 for D-II and Oct. 29 for D-I.

Brophy is ranked third in D-I and Chaparral is fourth. Arcadia is the top-ranked D-II team in the state and Notre Dame is third. Arcadia beat Chaparral by one stroke (602 to 603) at the Brophy Invitational on Aug. 25.
