FOOTBALL: Rundown of completed & rescheduled games from Southern Arizona

Not quite purple rain but the sky turned black a few minutes later. (Andy Morales/AZPreps365.com)
Lightning, thunder and rain. One might think that’s an adequate description of the Salpointe Lancers but Mother Nature had her way with the Tucson area Friday night, causing nine postponements.
The weather also reached up to the Mesa area but not before Bijan Robinson rushed for over 300 yards and cashed in on four touchdowns against Dobson. Reports have Salpointe beating Dobson 56-7 with the game called at halftime.
Desert View and Sunnyside have not set a date or time for their postponement and Prescott will visit Canyon del Oro on Sept. 21 to complete that game. We still had nine finals to report.
