Former Chaparral standout Ryan Hoffer was named Swimmer of the Year by the Pac-12 on Friday. A junior for California, Hoffer captured six titles and set two championship records to help Cal defend its conference title according to a release. Hoffer is a 13-time All-American and he was the Arizona High School Swimmer of the Year in 2014.
